Hi,

There is nothing important on your CAIPS. It says your file will be going to the officer for next review on 01 May 2011.
Your medical report has been assessed and it is (M01) perfect. The validity of medical report will be up to 10-09-2011.
LH, IMS FP - stands for the codes (or initials) of the staff who are involved with your application kit time to time.

Thanks Wilson. That definitely helps

This was the reply I recieved from the CIC office in Montreal. They have also mentioned that my request has been referred to the ATIP division in Ottawa and I should be hearing from Ottawa regarding remaining information. Hopefully that will contain more details on my file.

Usually CAIPS will give an indication if there some thing to delay the process of application. The notes you posted does not show any such problem with your file. Relax and wait.
