Received by Visa office- JAN 2010

Dear ALL,
I had sent my FULL application to CHC London on 2nd Dec2009. I was worried since all this time my Ecas was showing CIO sydney Eligibility Review Complete..
Today my ecas changed to Received by Visa Office.
Can anyone advice by when i will get new file number and also does the term Received by visa office mean that my documentation is right and will not be returned for any unfilled column etc.

i have the same timelines shibuya.. even my ecas status changed to "received by visa office" on 26th jan... i have the same questions .. i wish someone answers.. in addition to that.. on an average how many days does it take for the ecas status to change from "recvd by visa office" to "in process"??

Hi all,
Don't worry, it is their system of application. soon, they will send you a written letter of your application acceptance with another new file number and according to my knowledge of New Delhi visa post within 40 to 60 days they will update your status as'' IN PROCESS'' if your documents claims the requirements and if any bad things happen it will be showing as ''DEcision Made'' but lets not hope it now since we are in the same process.

Because I have already experinced this sort of bitter reality and now again applied and at this time collecting documents.

hey hiprashant, did u notice mdarji, he got even medical and rprf request in 40 days after complete application submission from chc new delhi..i know well abt london as im also a london applicant so i would also advice shibuya to wait more with patience. I notice my ecase changed to in process after one week of receiving aor.
they are slow but don't worry and hope for the best.

well i received AOR from london office on 29th jan 2010.. i.e. 2 mnths after i submitted documents
