I'm applying for Canada tourist visa. I received a biometric notice 20 days before on 25th august and it has to be completed with in 30 days i.e. 24 September 2021.
Due to my husband health issues, me and my husband was not able to login to this immigration portal to check the status. On 10th September I found the biometric notice, but if I try to take an appointment, I see all the appointments are after available starting from 30th September.
Now we took an appointment on 1st oct 2021,but as per IRCC my last date of biometric submission is 24th September.
Even on Friday we placed our enquiry on web form the link which is provided by IRCC to extend time period but we didn't get any reply.
we are waiting for IRCC reply about extension.
Can you please tell us what we should do in this type of situation?
