Received AOR in November 2017. but no further updates

I had submitted my Citizenship application in October 2017 as per new law of Bill C-6. After checking my status online it shows that my application is in process. The immigration department have started process of my application from December 07-2017. But I had not received any other updates yet. I had received my Application number in November 2017.
Could any one tell me what will be the reason for not moving ahead with my application.
I am in Canada from December 30-2009 and had never went outside the Canada till now.

Could be the backlog caused by Bill C-6. There is people from Oct-17 still receiving AORs these days... So definitely processing times are going to increase significantly.
