Received AOR but Credit Card is not debitted!!!

Dear Folks,

surprisingly, I have received my AOR from Damascus office on 3rd march while the letter was dated 16th February.
the matter which makes my status too strange is the credit card which was belonged to my friend in US and it is still not debited!!!

Any advice or sharing such strange experiences would be very helpful for me

I think you only need to pay fee to CIO, not your visa office.

mmmm... so you mean i completely did something wrong in my application.
as per the Quebec Skilled worker programs they had asked 390 CAD
now they have given my file numbers and seems i have received the aor without making the payment!

should i remind them to debit the payment?!
