Received AIP through Mail. (Please Help)

Hello Guys,

I applied for study visa on 29th July 2020 under the SDS category. I received my AIP on September 4 through Email however in the GC key Portal it still says "Eligibility review in Progress" even after receiving AIP.

Also in my AIP, my address is given as PA_StreetAddress. Is my AIP genuine or not? Should I be concerned? Please share your views.

some people said those AIP with PA_StreetAddress as address received on 4 Sep are wrongly sent by IRCC!?
