Received a request letter. Where can I upload the required documents?

I applied the temporary resident visa to visit my grandparents. Today I received a request letter from CIC saying that proof of current valid status in the United States (i.e. updated US visa, updated I-20) is required and need to be uploaded via my CIC account. However, I believe that I have already uploaded my US Visa and I-20 before. I checked my CIC account today and found there is no place for me to re-upload my US visa and I-20 (all the documents’ status are shown as provided). Where can I upload the documents required?
It is really urgent because the request letter says that the documents need to be received within 10 days. Thanks for help!

You need to send the docs through couriers service like DHL,ARAMAEX or FEDEX

Thank you for your help. Do you mean I need to mail the copy to the CIC office? But the request letter said that I need to upload the requested documents by using MyCIC account and do not mail the originals to them unless required... The problem is that I checked the document lists on MyCIC, there is no place for me to re-upload the docs.

Technically its supposed to reopen for you, I checked mine and yes there is no + sign option. I'd say mail it with letter to explain that there is no way or call CIC toll free about this

Thank you very much for your help. I sent an email to 'question@cic.gc.ca' about this but they didn't reply it. I should just call them. Thank you.

Sorry, I have one more stupid question. When I mail my docs to CIC office, I have to place my barcode page on the package right? Thank you.
