Receipt Payment Without barcode is it normal ?

I paid for my immigration via CIC web site, and can access to download my receipt but, there's no barecode is it normal ?

I paid for my CAIPS/GCMS request through CIC website, my receipt had barcode. Just want to share this, though I know we paid for different fees...
