It seems most probably that in your application you withheld some information or falsely claimed something; they are giving you a chance to come clean. Sad to say but this is usually not good news and many applications get rejected on this basis and applicants are possibly banned from entering Canada for a certain time.

I got a reply form them to and same with what you said sir. Thank you for your reply. They are asking for a referral letter from my current employer. But unfortunately, my employer refuses to do so or to give me the said documents instead, she insisted that resigning our contract again, signing beside her old signature, was enough to proof my employment with them. With that, i attached an explanation letter why that's the only proof i can give of my current employement instead of referral letter.
Can you help me pls what the best thing to do?

Perhaps she can put a current date next to the new signature which would indicate a currently validated contract?

Thank you so much again sir for your answer.
I already send the copy of our contract that she used to sign on again to visa application center together with my other documents. After a month, the immigration sent me an email requesting a referral letter from my current employer. I tried to ask again my employer to give me a referral letter and she said "NO and NEver, and i already gave you our copy of contract and had sign on it again, thats enough."
What is the best thing to do just to have an approved visa without violating any rules sir? Is there still any chance to win it? :)

What shall i do? Will i send again the copy of cour contract ng she had signed again before attaching an explanation letter why i can't provide a referral letter? Is there still a chance for me to get a positive feedback from the immigration? I really feel upset, hang up, and dont know what else can i do just to have an approved visa but ofcourse without violationg any rules. :'(
