I am off to the bank to pay for the process. I have a few questions.

I assume I leave the client id blank?

Client date of birth. Is this the sponsors date of birth or the applicants date of birth?

if you are paying your application fee for the first submission then yes, you have no Client ID number to include, and the information requested should be your sponsor's info.
