Receipt for Submission of Tuition fee towards Concordia

Hi,

Today I have submitted the 1 year tuition fee 12856 CAD to Concordia university via Wire Transfer ( as per the details shared by Univ like SWIFT code , Acc No. Branch etc etc )

How and when will I get the tuition fee receipt of this transaction from the university ?? Would it be on my mail or by POST ??

I have included my name and Student ID in the wire transfer also

Usually it take 5/6 working days for the wire transfer to get to the receivers account. Then they will update ur online profile. You can email them or call them requesting a email receipt and a original by post. The original might take a few days coz they will send it through regular email.
I just used the scanned copy that they sent me.

I got offered admission in COCORDIA UNIVERSITY,Montreal QUEBEC
Received OFFER LETTER by email.
To apply for CAQ ( Quebec Acceptance Certificate ) it is must one should get OFFER LETTER soon in Hardcopy by MAIL.
University sends Offer letter by mail via regular post, that takes lot of time.
THe other procedure is to brought it by DHL .

I asked DHL to pick my OFFER LETTER from University, ( on the Details i was given by UNI ),
Now its been more than WEEK , DHL can't track the Status of the JOb.
They say that Your Parcel must not be picked up from the Uni ..

I asked uni to please give the parcel to the Requested Shipment reference of DHL ...
They say they need BARCODE DHL WAY BILL ..
and DHL say they can't issue Way bill b4 parcel is picked up ..

Please help . If any one has done the DHL process to bring Offer letter.
University should have told all the process.

did u give dhl all the details? have DHL picked the package? if not check with DHL why they didnt pick the package.....university is not responsible for the pick up service.. they just hand the package to which ever service u have scheduled so my guess is DHL screwed up and never picked up the package....check with DHL if they have scheduled a pick up from the university also make sure u have given DHL the right address...
