receieved email from CIC - Is it MR????? Please help

Received Two emails today.

1. RPRF and BIODATA (with Bio data form in it) - no issues here.
2. Information concerning my application in attached documents. Attachments missing in 2nd one.

I have forwarded that email to CPP - O email id and requested for the attachments

Please suggest if this MR or some other email
