Hi,
I sent my RQ supporting documents on Aug 14, 2014. I was wondering how they could have reviewed it. Are they scheduling test before reviewing RQ?
Any inputs will be appreciated..

Congratulation! I would not even worry about that. Enjoy your test invite and all the best. Let us know how it goes

Thank you. I wanted get some info so that I can ask about to the CO during or at the end of the interview. Also ask him/her if I will be able to contact them other than via call center

Had my test in August and my RQ hadn't been reviewed. Other users had the same experience. In my opinion, they don't want to waste RQ processing resources on no-show test takers.

Makes sense but they can reach out to the applicants to get any specific info needed to process the RQ. I'm sure if you communicate to applicant then the process can be smooth and eliminate unnecessary delays

Oh...My case is very similiar to yours...
After the test, did the citizenship office gave you white paper says Oath letter will be 3 - 5 months??
For those who had RQ before the test, Oath time take 1 - 2 years???

True. But last time, people with RQ would have to wait for about 2 years later to get a test invitation. Most people after 2 years even already forgotten if they ever applied for something. Only those who have nothing to do will still remember.

Do you have any idea why you got the Ridiculous Queue (RQ)? I heard they issued less RQ in 2013 and 2014 compared to 2012.

I can understand RQ is a process but there should be more communication in order to make it a smooth process. The documents I sent may confuse myself if I look at it without knowing it is mine. They truly cannot decide based on the documents alone. They have to have a conversation with the applicant and see if they are genuine.

I hope the new process eliminates this issue. Waiting for a year more before you apply is better than waiting in pending status for 3 years.

That is just my opinion.
