Reassessment of Medical File for New Medical Certificate

I called CIC about this matter and the call centre person who answered told me she will send a message about my question but until now I HAVEN'T received any updates yet. Can I direct my concerns to the Health Management Branch CIC, Embassy of Canada , Philippines ? What is there contact numbers please..thanks....

When was your first medical done. Was everyones Medical done on the same date.
Has your Husbands medical expired.
Or do they request different test's in the Medical ?

Thanks a million for your response...My husband and children had their first medical last year Aug 2014 together and since that medical I never heared from the immigration. I only received reassessment last week of October 2015 but my husband is not included...thanks....
hi, me and my sister also had our reassessment done last January 26, 2016. Our mother is in Canada. did you receive a PPR right now?
