Reasons of rejection after receiving AOR

Hello all,

I'm from the Express Entry applicants. I was just wondering what were the reasons of rejection people from pre-EE days got after they have received their AOR stating that the application is considered complete.

My reference letter for my current job didn't have a date on it. It said when I started working but wasn't dated when signed. However, I have uploaded pay slips that were six months up to the date of submission of my PR application. Does receiving an AOR mean that the VO accepted my work experience references?
