Reasons for requesting Personal Health claim during citizenship application

Whats reasons behind asking for summary of personal health claim during citizenship application.

I have heard from some of citizenship applicants were asked to submit it.

Do u have idea regarding it if yes please explain it.

This is one of the ways to check if a person was residing in Canada within the claimed period of time before citizenship application.

my friend yesterday has an interview online with cic and they were asking for that, the reason they told my friend that they needed that because of the withdrawal of funds from her husband pension

I donot think its related to withdrawal of money from pension account. Bank accounts or any finances are not part of citizenship application as per my knowledge. Bye the way thanks for your comments.
