I lived in Canberra, ACT for a year and I have Name Check only because CIC website mentioned ;

Name of document(s) to get:

Australian National Police Certificate – Standard Disclosure – name check only (issued by the Australian Federal Police)
Traffic History (for residents of Queensland only)
Full Licence History Search (for residents of Victoria only)

fingers-crossed !!

Yeah it should be fine as stated by CIC, you only need traffic history if you lived in Queensland.

Hello can anybody please specify if you do not have a birth certificate will your application be rehect d?(not the primary applicant). What documents should we submit incase of missing birth certificate. Please note it is impossible to get the certificate or duplicate

Hey there,

Thank you for the post ...

Regarding proof of funds ... I'll be applying from Egypt.. Can I apply with a bank statement stating the total amount of money I have ? Without showing the transactions on my account for the past 6 months ...

Or Do I really need a bank statement of the past 6 months?

N.B. the money is cashable not in the form of certificates or so.

Thank you

Bank statements are a must in order to show that the money was maintained in your account for sometime and not borrowed,if you have the money deposited recently from a family member you will need a gift deed and details showing the full process of having your money put into your account

Just saw on immitracker someone was rejected for "uploading his son's birth certificate in the place of his travel document." Beware.

Oh my god. They might have missed uploading the passport scan altogether I guess. Travel document is a part of R10 completeness check.

I really hope IRCC is not that cruel to reject someone for swapping documents from their placeholders. That too kids' documents aren't that many in number. They just have passport, birth certificate and medical sheet to be uploaded. So IRCC can easily figure out if passport scans had been uploaded from the available documents.

Oh.. what was the reason for rejection during first time?

Dont know yet. Another one rejected because of black and white PC, there was a lot of talk about this on the forum.

Simple fact is following:
with the amount of ITA, they have plenty application. So they have no problem to do rejection of any simple mistake. Double and tripple check everything before sending it out. And if ever you find a problem rise CSE fast. that can save application.

Totally agree, shouldnt have a rejection for such a simple mistake imo

Can someone just take a look at the likelihood of rejection on my work experience documents as I'm kind of worried about them right now.

Job 1 (Canada) Agency who employed me no longer exists. I have made several attempts to contact the recruiter but all have been ignored so I have:
Letter from a colleague who worked there with me including dates worked there, job title, duties performed, number of hours worked per week.
Copy of Schedule A and contract that include pay rate.
Copy of T4
Emails documenting attempts to contact the agency and client etc to request an employment reference and further documentation.

Job 2 (Canada):
Signed letter from HR section on letterhead confirming job title, dates worked, hourly rate, minimum number of hours p/w.
Job description not on letterhead confirming name of HR contact who hired me and duties performed.
Copy of RoE
Copy of T4

Job 3 (Foreign):
Signed letter from HR on letterhead confirming job title, start date, minimum number of hours p/w, annual salary.
Job description on letterhead confirming duties performed.
Paystubs and tax documents (if required).

TIA.

You are good with this. For Job 2 however, since it is not on letter head, I would like to see the details person issuing this letter. His designation, contact details, signed by him/her.

Rest is all fine. Good luck!
