My visa rejected due to this and what would be the reason

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

You will need to apply for GCSM because purpose of visit is vague. It can mean anything such as, you are not a genuine student that will leave canada, it can mean, you have no clear purpose of visiting canada etc etc

You should forget about January intake and defer to Summer next year given unlikely now you will get a permit approved in the time left in December.

If you really tackled the issues of your rejection, you should get the visa t=on your second attempt, otherwise, prepare for another rejection if no changes to your application.
