Hope someone can help me.
I will be able to send my PR for common law by end of october when i have full proof of the 12 months of cohabitation.
I am currently under a visitor extension that expires on beginning of october, so i will have to apply for another extension before i can send the PR application. (im applying outland)
I am confused as to what reason to put for purpose of my visit. My first extension was "explore more our relationship". And on letter i explained that i was planning to leave on october, i got 6 months granted no problem.
Now..i was planning to pay for the PR before hand and send that receipt with my extension application. However...since i still have to wait one more month to send my PR application, what is a valid reason to extend my visit? could it be "awaiting PR application"??? even if i havent send it yet.
If this is a valid reason and i can send the receipt as proof..can i still be single on the extended stay application? since i havent reach the 12 months of common law...does it makes sense to be single while awaiting for PR? or is there anything else i should do?
also..what do i say for how long i plan to stay? as far as i understand they only grant 6 months...but i will need a year, do i put one year?
Thank you so much for your time!!!
