reason of UCI changed?? help

hi there,

is there any reason why immigration chaged ur old UCI to new one but ur still Temporary working visa.

i had 2 refusal application in my home country ( philippines ) since i left canada voluntarily. this 3rd application of mine is currently on process but they gave me ne UCI number... is that possible??

it was 4yrs ago when i worked in canada. i left canada voluntarily because my restoration of status and work permit was refused because it was over 90 days and i let my would be employer take all over of processing my restoration and new work permit but it was not properly filed.

i went home in the philippines and tried 2 times applying for working visa but it was refused. again, i did not intentionally violate any rules in canada, i just mistakenly entrusted the whole process to my would be new employer.


is there any chances to get me back in canada??? what are my chances??

right now i got new lmo and contract. my papers has been filed and i got email form cic for my medical instructions ,they gave me new UCI. what will happen to my previous history??
