REAPPYING FOR A AUTHORITY TO RETURN TO CANADA (ARC)

Is possible to reapply, and if so, is there a waiting time??

I sent in my application on July 2012 which was received a few days later . Got an interview till september 2013 in gt . My problem is I had charges in USA so had to do a rehab letter after they did interview in september 2013 also they ask I submit an arc with fees. Keep in Mind that the crime committed was over ten yrs ago. Got removed after being arrested by police whom ran my plates had a canada wide warrant for my arrest . So I am still waiting. For reply its now June 2014 so I have been waiting for a long time. I sure wish POS office will allow me home guyana has nothing to offer
