When we applied for the first time, we got the ITA and it reached to the stage of RPRF and then refused with reason as NOC mismatch where in primary applicant was my wife . We decided to reapply but with myself as primary applicant and wife as dependent as I have got all the needed to match the score now . My questions :

* While I begin the profile they ask have you applied before , shall I say yes/no ? ( last time I was dependent but this time I'm primary applicant)

*While declaring the work history for my wife , I am thinking not to mention during first phase , to avoid the documentation, how ever if I receive ITA I shall enter her work details as personal history. Will this be apt? Earlier she was the primary applicant so we declared her work history ..

Obliged in advance for your kind acknowledgment.

Say yes . It will also ask u yo enter the previous application no.My previous application was rejected and I dud the same.
If I are not claiming points no need to mention work history. Do only in personal history. I am 100 percent sure.

@amittan but I was not the primary applicant last time when we applied.. this time I will be.. still yes ?

Thanks.

Previous application is previous application, whether as primary or as dependent. There is no reason to hide this information and misrepresent yourself. It makes no difference if you mention this.

1. You will have to answer yes. Whether you were a dependent or PA will not matter. Just provide reference to your application number and write that the application was rejected. Also, your UCI numbers will continue to be the same.

2. Yes, a dependent spouse gets no points for the foreign work experience, so in the WE section you can answer no and mention the experience in the personal history.
