Thanks for the reply....Did you guys appeal your application before reapplying? Is it outland application, if yes did you fill permanent resident form and payment?

We didnt appeal, just provide more evidence to prove to CIC previous situation has changed, and we applied out-landing, also paid all related fee. Not sure what PR forms u meant......anyway hope this is helpful to you.

how much did you pay? Is it $550? Did you fill out any forms other than 2 sections specified online? Thanks

I paid 1040 including landing fee as well(which is optional, u can pay landing fee later). My sponsor is native Canadian, we didnt fill out any other forms apart from the two standard sections
