Reapplying for TRV after the first one expired

Hello
I've applied for TRV in 2014 when i was a postgraduate student in UK, and got a TRV untill my passport expiration date, which was July 2017. With that visa i've visited Canada 4 times. The last time i went to Canada was January 2016.
Since then, i've graduated and moved back to my home country, Mongolia. I've working at the same company since May 2017. Now, i want to apply for a TRV because i want to go to Toronto on my annual leave. I dont know anyone in Canada, and i am single and still live with my parents. Therefore, i dont have any property under my name.
What documents should i prepare?

Because of past compliance , i dont see why you be refuse...Get your job letter , bank records . if your parents funding the trip include a letter to that effect ( with parents bank statements) . Once in the past you did not abuse the visa. Meaning frequent visit with long stay.

I am planning to visit for 2 weeks.These are the documents that i am preparing for. Could you review it and add your suggestions?
- Visa forms, picture, passport
- Cover letter (which includes my day-to-day plans, expenses)
- Flight and hotel booking (not paid, just reservation)
- Bank statement for last 4 months (which has about 11,000 CAD)
- Employment letter from the company (which states how long i've been working, my salary, and my annual leave dates)

Good application. I would say you are good to go.

I got my passport today and i was issued multiple entry TRV till 2022. Thank you so much Jalex23, Kingwill :)
