Reapplying for study visa after rejection, Help needed :((((

I and my wife are both chemical engineers with 3 years experience. Our visa got rejected in Jan due to following reasons:

1) travel history
2) family ties in Canada and in country of residence
3) purpose of visit
4) current employment situation
5) Ties to home country

I want to apply again. As i and my wife will be applying at the same time, I am confused about certain things. like will i have to provide a single SOP or 2 difference SOP's. Please guide me in detail the documents required , so that i consider it as a final checklist for my case.

It's not clear what you're applying for. Are both of you applying for study permits? Is one of you applying for a study permit and the other applying for an OWP?
