Reapplying for PGWP if previously obtained once

Hi!
I applied my first PGWP once in 2017 after completing my 1year Pg certificate course. That PGWP expired in 2018 but before expiration I got into another MBA program which was 1.5years duration and my current study permit will get expired in July, 2019. So here my question is that will I able to get PGWP after completion of my current MBA program? I am confused as I have already obtained my first PGWP so is it possible to get PGWP for the second time? Please help me guys. I am in trouble

PGWP is a once in a lifetime opportunity so the answer is no you would not qualify for another PGWP. This would also be true if you applied, obtained a PGWP but did not take it up whilst valid as that would still count as a participation.
