reapplying after 4 refusals

9 year managerial experience
ielts 7 bands/6.5
2 refusals from diff colleges
2 refusals from cape Breton University
,can any 1 suggest should i give up
or be a fool to reapply again ?
any help is best thing one can give ,so pls reply if u know something ?

Did you apply for GCMS notes and find out what was the exact reasons for your rejection?

it says your course fall below or over lapse
according to your work experience
but my course is post graduate diploma ...min req is degree

Maybe its because you have managerial experience of more than 9 years and you are trying for pg diploma as it doesn't give you much progression. Maybe you can try doing a MBA or some other masters instead of diploma and prepare a well justified SOP how it helps you in the future and should also focus on what you are gonna do after coming back to your home country. For instance if i was your VO checking the file i would certainly look for why someone with 9 years of manager level experience gain from a foreign diploma. If i may ask why did you not go through the express entry? Seems like a better option for someone like you if you have good IELTS score and experience.

I saw photos from jupit. study abroad where some got approved after 5 refusals, please analyse how they did it . It was a diploma course.

Yes you are right about it being expensive, and also it is tough studying MBA in Canada. And about university , you need to search for business school associated with the universities. For eg: https://schulich.yorku.ca/
This business school is associated to York University and the campus is at the same place and they do have international admissions.

Unfortunately, studying in Canada isn't for everyone. You need to show career progression, which means an MBA, not a diploma course, and yes, that costs money.

i have contacted them , they say they even got after 6 refusal and suggest vanier college ,it is quebec top college and visa success is more than 90%

You will get it within the 6th refusal, if it exceeds that then file a judicial review.

i have refund my fees from cape Breton and now apply fr refund from scotia bank
canada dream has cost me , 5000 dollars and 2 years now i give up.

You should have done through research before applying and practiced on your English a lot more.

Canada is a first world country, the level of education there is extremely high, you should know that before hand. Even if you did get in, completing your education is no easy task.

i have 7/6.5 in academic ielts
i dont know which English u r talking about

Vanier college will give you similar results than cape breton college.
