Reapply student visa

Hi guys,
I am going to reapply for my student visa. The first time I tried I was refused,hence the officer send me back ONLY my offer letter and the reason of refuse letter! about the rest of documents I have no idea where is it! bank statement, property documents,etc. All documents were Original translate not COPY!
I would like to know if I reapply for my student visa now, shall I send only the new documents which I had lack on it? for instance, I don't need to send anymore property documents, bank statements,etc which I sent 1 month ago? I have now a UCI number which must show all my recorded documents in their system, if I'm not mistaken.
please feel free to drop some advice for me.

I'm sorry bro to hear that.Can you share what was the reason of your rejection? and mention about the factors that they used?

The only advice I may offer you is to join some extra programs which are offered by different organizations or schools and get a certificate from them. This may take only 2-3 months. It is better that the course conducts in English and you try to get a good marks fro them. I wish you the best.
