Reapply or resubmit document for CIC website

Hi everyone, PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVISES.

I applied to extend my study permit before it expired in July. But I received a refusal letter from officer that they did not accept for my LOA because it was issued in 2017.

So I came to school and ask them for new letter to submit again but my school said it is still available until 2019 and they said that I do NOT need new letter from them, because it still valid with my course that I am taking.

Now I have been stopped studying right now. I called to CIC last 2 weeks to wish that they can look back my case but they was rejected again. Then I got a refusal letter again, I called them one more time and ask them to submit new letter, so now they provide me a website to submit additional document.

So should I ask school to get new letter and submit for them now, or I need to do a NEW application with restoration and NEW fee?

Because If i submit new letter it could take one week and i can get the answer. Other ways, if I do new application I could wait for 7 weeks.

Unfortunately, I just have 4 more weeks to stay in Canada, If I can not get restoration or study permit after this time, I need to leave Canada.

Please give me some advises, I wish I can continue studying this Sep, if not I wish to stay in Canada and wait until Jan 2019 to study again.

Which school is this? Did you explain to them what you are trying to do or did you just ask for new LOA? They should know the required docs for permit extension.
You need to get an official letter of enrollment from the school not a LOA.

Yes, I tried and got help from them. But they did not provide me new LOA or anything. They just told me that I need to call CIC and ask them. I tried 2 times. The first time they accept to look back then they refused again. last Friday, i called them again. I told them that can I submit additional information for them and they just gave me a website to submit it. Now i am confused now that should I submit enrollment, LOA, and transcripts or I have to make new application. I just have 4 more weeks to do that.

Actually they need ur enrollment letter from college if u r continiously studying there since 2017.U can download that letter from ur student center account.

Actually they need ur enrollment letter from college if u r continiously studying there since 2017.U can download that letter from ur student center account.

I got this. But now they sent me the Web Form, should I submit the enrollment for them ?

I just tell them that I need LOA. I did not mention about enrollment. Like you siad I will ask them about it. But I want to ask that should I need to submit additional documents for them or do the new application?

If what i said was ur condition than u need to upload ur enrolment letter with ur past study records like transcripts of the college since 2017 and also fee receipt if u have paid or balance in ur savings account which should be enough for ur 1 year living expenses and fees or fee receipt if u already have paid for next semester.

Also apply for caips note if they r not clearly mentioning the refusal.and the main plm is some people dont mention the whole situation due to what no body can help them .make sure pls mention the fill ABC from beginning to end next time.Cheers !!!

thats full details of ur visa rejection with details.So that u can reapply keeping those points in view but that process takes one mth which is issufficient for u.Why dont u hire a expert IRCC laywer and discuss ur situation with him about what went wrong and where?

But you talked to IRCC and they gave you the webform right? So submit the documents there.
Also dont get these documents yourself go to your international office first for the correct way to get these, in some schools the self printed documents are not valid for ircc purposes.
