Reapply for RTD

I have been waiting to get my RTD for over 16 months now with no luck.
Several webforms, urgent documentation sent, MP followed up, and all I get is yes it was marked urgent and still processing.
I read that some folks who applied in 2023 have been getting their RTD in less than 2 months.
Can I send a new application in hopes that I can get my RTD?
Any advice or insights on what to do would be helpful.
I am really hopeless at this point.

You need to speak to them at first i think
But what would that change anything?
To be honest and fair this only happens in Canada that’s so sad man. I know some other friends who refugees in Greece as well as Germany they were wondering why Canada takes that long processing those applications, on their end it take’s only two month’s maximum for all regular applicants. If it’s urgent it’s less than two week’s

Im waiting over 27 months. Just reapply I did that way
