My first time application got rejected due to insufficient employer information: no company letterhead, i was using food service supervisor to apply CEC in 2012, august. It got rejected in April, 2013.

Can i Re-apply CEC by changing the job title to Store manager, because my job was actually a manager, my wage is on the management level, but i put supervisor for the first time. Can i still re-apply? Thank u

Are you going to use NOC 0621? Surely you can apply if your job duties conforms to this NOC and have one year exp.

Btw-can you give a bit more detail of your first refusal, you mentioned it was due to missing letterhead, is this the only reason? As one of member have a similar issue and have some concerns about it. Thanks and good luck on your reapply.

You'll have to provide very strong evidence to prove that you were actually a manager. Since you already applied as a supervisor, it's going to be more difficult to convince CIC that you were actually a manager. Good luck. Make sure your letter from your employer is very strong.

Thank you, my friend for your good advice, i agree what you said, and i will try to provide some strong evidence to prove im a store manager, my wage is acturally on the management level, what else do u think can be considered strong evidence? Thank you

^ A reference letter from your employer with your duties and responsibilities, salary and number of hours worked per week as a manager is a strong evidence.
