Reapply after rejection once

Hello Everyone,
I have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering with 72%, I have completed my bachelors degree in same field with 69% in 2017.
I gave IELTS for the first time without any coaching classes and got overall 6 bands where i had 5.5 in one module and applied in SAULT college in Jan 2019 intake but my visa got refused at that time.
I applied for the CAIPS report where i got to know the reason of my low IELTS band score.
Again i appears IELTS exam and i crack the requirements of 6.5 overall bands and not less than 6.
I am going to reapply for September 2019 intake.
Do i need to show my work experience at the time of visa application ?
Any suggestions please

If you have worked somewhere after finishing your study then definitely you need to show it in your application

But actually when I applied for the first time my agent told me not to show any king of experience.
Later on i got to know it would be very effective to my file
So now onwards do i need to present my current work experience?
