I got rejected and reapplied with a strong sop(better than before). When can I expect my decisson?

Normally, is there any time difference for fresh applicants and reapplicants

If you reapplied, it is a new application. Processing averages 14 weeks. Assume you got GCMS notes to read full reasons for refusal and not just submitted a new SOP.

I Haven't seen my GCMS notes as it is going to take another 4-7weeks of time so that I shall miss Jan intake. But I am sure, I covered all the points which was mentioned in the rejection

Ok. GCMS notes take about 30 days. What were reasons for rejection?

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans.

Purpose of visit can mean many things but can mean the program is not relevant to your education and career choices; you don’t have travel history; you aren’t established in your home country with strong ties. How will spending tens of thousands of dollars in Canada help your career?

I am from ece background(2016), chosen artificial intelligence and data analytics in Saskatchewan polytechnic. Currently working as a software engineer on Python background.

I have 61.11% in my BTech.

I shouldn't say now like my profile got rejected because of my sop but that should be the primary reason.

What is ECE? Your grades are low for post grad program...explain why? How does program give you a better career in home country? Why do you need to study in Canada. Why SaskTech? Did you pay total fees? Those are the questions you need to answer.

Yeah ... This time I hope I covered all the points in my sop. However, Regarding my low grades, I can't do anything.

Ok…but you don’t know all the reasons for refusal because you don’t have GCMS notes. All the best and hope you get your permit.
