I got this instruction in the Education History form.


We will assess XXXXX's secondary and post-secondary periods of study for eligibility for Express Entry, and use them to calculate XXXXX's score. You can tell us about each period of study by filling in the fields below.

Please let me know if secondary period of study is required or not.

If you have at least a post-secondary Bachelors degree, there is no reason to include secondary credentials anywhere in your EE application.

If it was before you were 18 or 10 years ago, then no. You don't need to add it.

Not sure if you noticed, this post is from 2015. Always best to find current threads to gain current information where possible.
