I would like to say Everyone who gave me hopes and advises Thank you bottom of my heart, And God bless you, We are very honest and our all paper works and experience are very genuine so why we apply again for what?????? Simple is that I deserve 72 Points and I got only 66 Points officer gave me 15 points work experience because he assess only 4131 Code my question is WHY????????????????????? I have five different codes all fall in skill O, A & B, total work experience 8 Yrs. He should award me 21 points not 15. on CIC web site very clearly says if your one code match and other codes fall O, A, & B all experience should count here is proof.

CIC WEB SITE
2) In order to receive work experience points, does the occupation need to be on the Ministerial Instructions NOC list?
Once an applicant is deemed eligible to be processed based on one of the filters in the Ministerial Instructions (NOC, International Student or Temporary Foreign Worker, Arranged Employment Offer), they are then assessed as per R80. Under R80 points are given for work at NOC level 0, A or B, even in a profession not designated by the Minister.
The Ministerial Instructions have not changed the way visa officers award points pursuant to the IRPR.

I sent reconsideration about 3 weeks ago via email fax and mail but no response yet??????????? WHY I am still waiting and not getting justice WHY?????????????

WHY should I reapply again and IELTS test WHY FOR WHAT???????????? its not my FAULT.

I DON" T KNOW WHERE SHOULD I GO AND KNOCK THE DOOR FOR JUSTICE.

CANADA
Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I tell you, one should never loose hope and keep trying till one is in grave. I first tried immigrating to Canada 17 years back and made it in 2010.
Do IELTS again, score more band, reapply and fly to Canada. ( check out first if ur NOC is in occupation list )
I dont recommend appeal, it is also expensive and time consuming. Immigration judge will not reverse the order of visa office. They are strict on qualifying marks.

Sorry for what happened but the lord said no matter how small your faith is there will be no mountain that will block your ways. Pray and have faith and the lord will hear your prayers. Never loose your faith in the lord because a man without faith is just like a dead man. I will pray for you and your family and all will be fine.
Just write to the minister of immigration as one member said and ask them why you had to wait all this while, doing medicals before receiving rejection.
I tell you bow your head and pray, the lord said ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall fine. Coming to this forum means you need help, so i will pray and ask the lord to hear your prayers.
Never loose your faith no matter the circumstances, he is always there for you. May he be glorified forever and ever Amen

Stop blaming yr "GOD" or anyone Belize! It is simply based on the fact that yr scores do not meet the requirement and that results from the fact that certain requirements were not fulfilled such as yr language skills arent good enough! So work on those in the future if u think yr "GOD" wants u to land in canada or elsewhere!

Sorry to hear the bad news, but I would like to ask a question: did they first tell you that the application was reviewed and is being processed, then sent medical forms that you completed and AFTER YOU COMPLETED MEDICALS you were rejected based on not enough points?
This would be very unusual, was it really like that?
Thanks,
Robert
