REALLY REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH AINP

HI ALL

Applied AINP-Skilled (User Support Technician- 2282) With HRDC approved AEO , I got reply from AINP yesterday and they refused my application .

[size=10pt]DOES IT MEAN AEO NOT ENOGHT FOR THE AINP ??????[/size]

I AM REALLY REALLY FRUSTRATED. PLS GUIDE ME.

With arranged employment, you should have been approved. I see lot of posts in this forum where people have been nominated without a job offer. Why don't you post what the letter says so someone can guide you accordingly. Are you still on H1B?

In order to be considered for an offer of employment under the H1B category, the job offer must be the same NOC as you applied under. They will not consider your employment offer if it is a different NOC code. That's at least what I understand about the H1B category.
