Requesting if someone can help me identify the most appropriate NOC code to apply under CEC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
My official job title is "Business Development Sales & Service Associate" at a package delivery and logistics company
Here is a list of the job duties that I perform:
· Engage in Business Development activities concerning various business for enterprise accounts
· Identify volume and sales opportunities through research using business intelligence tools, customer relationship management software and customer contacts
· Develop professional and accurate shipping delivery performance reports for customers in order to win more business by showcasing competitive delivery times as per different service commitment.
· Prepare various analysis for potential and existing customers in order to win new business or retain existing ones. The analysis results demonstrate the company’s advantage in cost, service reliability, package delivery times, global capabilities and technology & visibility solutions.
· Setup new clients in the billing software including account enrollments, invoice type configuration, paperless setup and customized invoice formats delivery options.
· Implementation of customized shipping solutions for customers including installation of shipping software and ordering hardware such as computer, thermal printer, packaging materials, pre-printed waybills as per annual shipping volume and needs of different business clients.
· Prepare customized user guide for new client on using company’s proprietary online invoice billing software.
· Assist in troubleshooting encountered by clients while using the billing software through emails or phone calls
· Calculate and provide billing adjustment refunds to customers who were wrongly billed in order to maintain good customer relationship. Identifies charges through technical errors such as non-consolidating shipments, incorrect service charge, incentives issue or wrong dimensional weight applied by system.
· Administer and manage sales contracts, agreements with store owners of the company’s various retail shipping franchise

Note: I did try emailing NA-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca and they suggested NOC code 1122 - Professional occupations in business management consulting.
However, I don't feel NOC code 1122 matches what I do at all. Really confused!
