I am new the scene. I have already given an IELTS, and my points are coming out to 450. I'm sending my transcripts in a week, and I expect to get eductaion certificates assessed by 10th March. Assuming with 450 points I log my EOI:

1) Hypothetically speaking the draw is for 444 points, will I get an ITA in the next draw? Or do I have to wait for a month or so
2) If the former assumption is possible (me getting an ITA in the next draw), is it realistic to get all other paperwork done in about 60 days and pack my bags and leave for Canada in 2-3 months of logging in my EOI?

What is a realistic landing in Canada date with 450 points and EOI logged on March 15th, 2018

1- yes right after (about 24 hours after you submit)
2- yes you can get all paperwork done. but no it may take longer to get your PPR then visa stamped and ready.

Ok, well that's kind of good and bad news. So I just found the recent CRS cutoff was 444, going by this trend, I can assume to have an ITA in March third week. I anyway have to get my paperwork done in three months if not two, so then my landing in Canada date is July 1st week?

I am planning to reverse calculate my resignation date, as I have to fulfill a two months notice period. I obviously will play safe till I don't have a visa stamp, but still....

First of all, If you're calculating that date based on the timelines given on your credential assessment website (WES or any other), it may vary.
For example, I got my WES evaluation on 9th day after they received my papers.
Once u get that, you can make an online profile. Ur ITA will depend on the next draw. It may be the next day or about 15 days. If your score is above cutoff score, U get an ITA within 24 hrs.
You get 90 days to collect all paperwork, scan and upload. Once you submit ur file, it may take anywhere from a month to even 6 months depending on ur file to get PPR.
After that, u get ur passport stamped and then decide when to make ur first landing in Canada.

To sum up, U will have sufficient time to resign even after u get ppr.
