Final decision on our PR application was due on 26th July 2019. Since we (me-primary applicant) did not get any decision from IRCC, we checked the status of our application online. It was mentioned that there was a delay in processing our application. Hence we re-visited all the details we submitted for the PR application and realised that we had made an unfortunate mistake while providing the answer for the below question.

- Have you been refused refugee status in , or an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to, Canada or any other country, or have been refused a Certificate de selection du Quebec (CSQ) to Quebec? The answer we provided to the above question was ‘NO’ by mistake. But we would like to update the answer to ‘YES’. My spouse and myself were denied a tourist visa to the USA last year in February 2018. Since we realised this after deadline , we are really stressed about it. Please guide us how to resolve it if it is possible. This was an honest and silly mistake and we did not intend to provide false info.
