I guess people having 3 or more experience in the relevant field and choosing relevant program(PG certificate) to study in Canada tend to get job easier than with people with no experience.
Most often employer demands Canadian experience, but if you prove your worth you are hired.
I have my uncle in Canada as PR he struggled to get into IT for not less than 6 months even though he had 8 years experience as a lead.
I have known people who desire to get PR only and without having experience and skill ....end up in stores, factory and gas stations.
Overall your experience in the field matters, no employer takes you and train you like they do in India(because indian companies are all inbound of outsourced western comp ,they need trained resources).
Guys without knowing anyone in Canada and doing 1 year program, please think twice and plan well ! Sorry for this, but it is the reality
