Real Quick and kind of dumb question

Sorry ahead of time for posting this but I want to make sure I do everything correct.

My husband(canadian citizen) and I (american citizan) are applying under the Inland Spousal Sponsership.
On the application at asks for previous marriages or common law relationships. We have been living together for 10 year but only got married in 2013. So do we list each other as previous common law relationships, or just n/a?

Previous would apply if you were married to another person before your current husband.
