Hard to say but few points that make it looks fake
pclcanada.com is not registered domain currently. A cultural norm in Canada no one use "Sir" with your name. Few question you can ask yourself did you apply in that company at any stage ? whats your area of expertise ?

Sounds fake to me. That’s not how large companies in North America do recruitment, and the email doesn’t sound like it was written by a native English speaker. There are way too many grammatical errors.

Even if you do the Skype call, make sure you don’t send a copy of your passport, any other sensitive personal information or any money. If possible, record the Skype call.
