Do we need to pass any course/exam to become a Real Estate Agent in Calgary ? Please advise the procedure.

Just a personal opinion, at this time (means these years what i see is Toronto or GTA has too much crowd to be real estate agent or mortgage agent, I would say move to Edmonton or Calgary which are at their boom now, specially Calgary and specially NE area, not many desi mortgage agents, there are many but still not many)

good to start and get settled in Calgary or Edmonton.

you got money, good job (good salary), good credit you can buy house.

as new immigrants are coming from all over the world and due to local requireemnt there are alwyas requirement of new houses. people will required house may be say 150000 house per year (this is assumed number). and there is alwyas new development so may be 100000 house per year are being constructed (again assumed number)

thus total requirement is higher than supply
