Hello,
Today I got an email from Vienna that said "ready for visa". They want me to send in additional pictures and a copy from my passport!

My question is though: how long did it take until you were allowed to move to Canada after this email?
In this email it sounds like it won't be long till I'll be allowed to move to Canada, after I send everything in!

Also, in what time frame do I have to move to Canada? Somewhere I read that I have three months to move to Canada!

Thank you!

Will take a couple of weeks until you can go. The time to move depends on when your medical is expiring. Can be 1 month, can be 12 months if it was extended.

Once your VO receives photos and copy of passport they will issue you a COPR (that is what you need to enter Canada) You generally have 12 months from when you did your medical

I did the medical in September. My passport is expiring next month though, but I was planning to send them my new one this month. So I hope that doesn't cause any problems!
Thank you! :)
