Lets Start with IELTS And WES report,

Do we have to get original wes report for each of Province if I apply for more than one Province for nomination? pls Help

Which province?

For examaple for Ontario PNP:

Supporting Documents

You must send only copies of supporting documents unless otherwise stated.
Do not submit original civil documents (i.e., birth certificate or passport) as the
application documents will not be returned. You are strongly encouraged to create a
copy of your complete application package prior to submission.

Section 3.3: Language Requirements

Please provide copies of language test results from either IELTS (General Training
Test only), CELPIP (General Test only), or TEF.

Check List:

III Provide a copy of the ECA report from the designated organization and proof of your completed foreign educational credential(s).

IV Copy of language proficiency test results from the following designated testing agencies obtained within the past 24 months

Just to clarify, it means I do not need to pay WES Canada for extra copies of ECA reports. I can use a photocopy of ECA report and send to different provinces for nomination?

Yes. However, I assume you will not be applying at the same time for all provinces?

I would suggest prepare each case carefully and make sure you read the guidelines. They tend to adjust them on case to case basis.
