hi all,
my husband had come on visitor visa in december 2018 but he received visa for two months. so, he left to india and now he got his spouse open work permit approval for one year. we did inland application. But he didnot received TRV
now he has travel back to canada.
we are applying for TRV but need some help regarding "Purpose of Travel" . since we can not book return tickets for the september 2020.what documents we can provide to support that he is departing canada?
any suggestions will be helpful

I did SOWP INSIDE CANADA application and TRV was not mentioned in that application. And now my husband is in India. He has to come to canada. What I am supposed to do now?

Apply for a TRV.

Since he has already been issued a SOWP, IRCC will expect him to stay through the duration of the SOWP. You can show ties to India to show that you will eventually return.

In the application for TRV, "purpose of travel" section is there. In that I need to show provisional travel tickets showing departing Canada. But I am not being able to book tickets for next year September 2020. What am I supposed to do?

You do not need to provide tickets in purpose of travel. You need to explain the purpose of your travel.
