Re-Submitting returned PR Application

Hi guys!

I got my application returned with
"A correction to the mailing address specified on the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM0008) to reflect the mailing address of the Principal Applicant; or, if the Principal Applicant wishes to have correspondence mailed to the address specified, a completed and signed Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) is required for the authorization of release of documents and information to the individual residing at this address"

My question how do I go about re-submitting?
Should I re-print the Sponsor form and generic application with the dated stamps on it?

the only form that needs to be redone is the form they are referencing (IMM 0008). His mailing and residential address must be the same. if they are not, and he is using a canadian mailing address with a foreign residential address, he will want to assign you, the sponsor, as a representative for his file.

all other forms can go back in the package as is, especially if IRCC already stamped it. you do not need to re-validate or re-fill out anything, except what is specifically being requested or if there are updated versions of the forms available. you will want to make sure there were no updates to any forms since you mailed out your package. if there were updated forms since you initially sent your package, then you will need to fill out the new forms.

Hello i have a question for you,, you submitted you application on Dec 16th? when did they receive you application? and when did you get the returned application? can you share your time line.

Yes I sent it on Dec 16 and they received it on the 21st is Dec. I'm not exactly sure when they returned it though and how long it took to arrive:/. I checked the mail on the 10th of January and that's when I saw we got it returned. We resubmitted on the 11th and got 2 day delivery with tracking. It should arrive on Monday . It says it's in Mississuaga in transit.
