re-submit returned application due to incomplete

I initially submitted common-law family application in Canada on Sep 1, 2016, but entire package had been returned to me due to missing signature on one of the IMM form. While I was replacing this form with signature, I found there is new edition of IMM0008 on CIC website and the my common-law partner's status has been changed from visitor(Implied status) to out of status in Canada due to expiration of visitor visa. So I prepared another extra IMM0008 and put her status as 'other' and 'out of status, requires restoration' as per CIC instruction.

As my previous IMM0008 was stamped as "received 8 Sep, 2016 CPC-M", I resubmitted whole package with both IMM0008:
- one IMM0008 is old edition and says her status is visitor (from initial submission with "received 8 Sep, 2016 CPC-M" stamped)
- Another IMM0008, new edition says her status is other, out of status.

And I explained on cover page that I attached both IMM0008 due to new edition came out from CIC.

As I attached two IMM0008 in one application package, I am worry if CIC is returning back to whole package again? or giving me any problem??

I am really frustrated.........................

They won't return the whole package because of an extra IMM0008.

I sent an extra form too and it was not returned because I added another one. Your package is fine

Hi friends,

My application was nominated under SINP OID. I did submit my paper based documents to CIC. I am able to link my account and the status is "cancelled as incomplete". I am worried whether I will be allowed to resubmit if any documents required? I have not received any email or my original pack submitted to them. BTW, my nomination certificate expired as well. It is very tough to understand at this point of time. Can anyone of you advise on this how to address this problem? will they allow me to resubmit my application pacakge to CIC? Look forward your advise and the help on this.
