Re submit police clearance and FBI certificate

Hi can some one please shades some light on how long Mexico take to process visa application our application went to there office in July and we we're told the need update FBI certificate and police clearance from us we submitted it via email yesterday 29 October the response saying that it's in process can anyone say how long it will take

Hi can some one please let me know how long Mexico visa take before request your passport our application is July 2017 my husband FBI clearance was submitted along with his police clearance . His paperwork went to the visa office in July 2018 and then in September the ask for FBI and police certificate .
