Re-Submit Immigration Application based on previous UCI Details

Hi, I hope everyone is safe and sound. I am new to this forum. I would like to enquire about re-submission of immigration application based on my UCI number I got previously.
I had applied through a consultant, who eventually have hide all my details on IRCC platform and I am not able to login on that portal. Is there any way I can get that portal activated based on my UCI number issued to me? I lost all my money and Consultant was fraud even the lawyer was also fraud.

So sorry to hear about your situation. You can certainly reach out to IRCC either by phone or email and ask them of your previous application. If you have your UCI, that's a good place to start and if you don't, you could try including your other personal credentials. Was your consultant/lawyer a licensed RCIC? If so, you can report him/her. If not, then there's nothing that IRCC can do. All the best!

I am not sure about the Consultant/Lawyer license. But I shall definitely diagnose it and report for them once I collect all my evidences against them. Since I was connected with Consultant not with lawyer directly.

question@cic.gc.ca, this particular email address is right place to send my query to IRCC. Since my case is old, around 2 years back I got rejection. and I am trying my luck myself, may be I can get immigration by resubmitting my case via UCI numbers.

Hello, I got the reply from the email address mentioned above. They gave the details about filling web form via IRCC portal. I have put my query again via IRCC portal web form. Now lets wait how long it takes, and what response they are sending me back. If I will be lucky , then my process can start again. Lets hope for the best.
